Scope of Work: • Demolition & Preparation: Removal of existing kitchen units, worktops, wall tiles, flooring, and disposal of debris. • Carpentry & Joinery: Installation of new base and wall cabinets, drawers, shelves, and skirting. • Countertops: Supply and installation of new countertop (granite/marble/quartz/laminate as specified). • Wall & Floor Finishes: Application of new wall tiles or splashbacks; replacement of flooring with ceramic tiles, vinyl, or hardwood as specified. • Plumbing: Installation or relocation of sink, mixer tap, and all water connections for dishwasher/washing machine. • Electrical Works: Installation of new lighting, sockets, switches, and appliance connections in compliance with regulations. • Painting & Finishing: Repainting of walls, ceilings, and trims with durable, moisture-resistant paint. • Appliance Installation: Fitting of new cooking range, oven, refrigerator, and ventilation hood (if included in scope).
